Originally from the UK, Jason started DJing after experimenting with breakdancing and electro music, moving onto garage and house.

His career began as a resident DJ at Cafe Mambo in Ibiza before becoming the first English DJ to take a major residency in Ibiza at Amnesia for three years.

Jason has played alongside almost every major DJ including Carl Cox, Roger Sanchez, Sasha, Sven Vath, David Morales, Judge Jules, Paul Oakenfold, Pete Tong, Nick Warren, Seb Fontaine and Dave Seaman. Evidently, Jason has also been voted most likely to join the ranks of these top DJs. Having produced and mixed three best selling Amnesia CD's and recently voted 'Favourite Ibiza Resident DJ 1999, Jason has a unique style and ability to read the crowd and pump any dancefloor, creating a special atmosphere and lasting impression wherever he plays. His music style and infamous DJ sets continue to push the boundaries of dance music in Australia and internationally.

Jason Bye is currently the home main room resident DJ in Sydney and at home Ibiza.
